GatorMarket is a student-built marketplace designed to help UF students buy, sell, and trade with one another. By using GatorMarket, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to contact@getrewala.com.

1. Who Can Use GatorMarket

GatorMarket is only available to verified UF students with a valid @ufl.edu email address. We reserve the right to remove access for any user who violates these terms.

2. No Guarantees on Listings

We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of listings or the quality of items. Always inspect items in person before completing a transaction. Use caution and common sense when buying or selling.

3. Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for your own safety and conduct. Follow our Safety Tips and obey all UF rules and local laws. Harassment, spam, or fraud of any kind will not be tolerated.

4. No Liability

GatorMarket is a free, student-run project. We provide this service “as is” and make no warranties about uptime, safety, or success of any trade. We are not responsible for lost items, scams, or damages resulting from your use of the platform.

5. No Commercial Use

GatorMarket is for individual UF students only. Using the platform to run a business, promote a company, or advertise products/services on behalf of a non-UF entity is not allowed.

6. Content Removal

We may remove any listings, messages, or accounts that violate these terms or that we deem inappropriate. This includes—but isn’t limited to—spam, fake items, offensive content, and rule-breaking behavior.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We’ll always include the last updated date at the top. Continuing to use GatorMarket means you accept any changes.
